Course Info
Date: Oct 26, 2024 Day $amp; Time: Tues, 9:30AM–2:30PM Cost: $16.00 Meets: Live-online via Zoom
Our Writing Retreat is not exactly a class but is an opportunity to meet and write in company with other beginning and experienced writers. Here we tap into our mutual creative energy. After introductions, we collect ideas in response to a starter prompt, then each person begins to draft a story, poem, memoir, argument or whatever. In small groups we read these diverse pieces and give each other non-critical reader responses.
As a safety precaution participants must wear a face mask in the classroom.
Bring writing materials, your own lunch, snack and beverages. Class meet on Saturday from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
